Thank you for choosing True Sailor Ltd.! We are committed to getting your authentic gear and essential gadgets into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible, whether you're at port or preparing for your next adventure.

Please review our policy below for clear details on processing times, shipping methods, and costs.


1. Fulfillment Model and Processing Time

Our unique business model involves two primary types of products, which affects shipping:

Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies) Print-on-Demand (POD): Custom items are printed only after your order is placed. 5 – 7 Business Days (Required for printing, quality check, and packaging.)
Gadgets (Cooler, Fans, etc.) Pre-Acquired Stock: Items are held in our fulfillment center and ready to ship. 1 – 3 Business Days (Required for packing and labeling.)

Note: If your order contains both Apparel and Gadgets, they may ship in separate packages at no extra cost to you, depending on production and inventory location.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Important: Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day you place the order. Customs delays are possible for international orders and are outside of our control.


3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

  • If you receive multiple tracking numbers (for combined orders), you can monitor each package separately.


4. International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

True Sailor Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend you check with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns about import duties.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused by the customs office in the destination country or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, True Sailor Ltd. is not responsible for the loss or return costs. If the item is returned to us, we may offer a refund for the product price only, minus the original shipping cost.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email Address] with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a quick resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • True Sailor Ltd. is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping by the carrier. If your item is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you in this process if needed.
